The Wisconsin Association of Health Plans offers a Corporate Affiliate Program (CAP) with four affiliate levels for companies that provide products or services to health plans or maintain an interest in the health insurance industry**, are interested in supporting the mission of the Association, and would like to increase their visibility with Wisconsin's community-based health plans. **Contingent upon WAHP staff approval.
